How do I create an account?

If you click "Log-In" on the top of the page, you can find a link to create an account. When you click on it, you will be prompted to enter your credentials. Then you click "create account" and you will be taken directly to Inner-Hero

How do I access my journal?

Once you have created an account, click on the login dropdown menu (on the top right corner of the page) and click on "Inner-Hero" from the menu options.

Approximately how long does Inner-Hero take to complete?

Inner-Hero usually takes 3-4 hours to complete, but we recommend you divide this time up. It is important to work on this program when you are well-rested and not rushed.

Will other people be able to access my work?

Accepted Answer

Inner-Hero keeps all of your information private and can only be accessed through your account. Only those with your account credentials will have access to your journal.

Do I have to manually save my work?

Accepted Answer

Inner-Hero will automatically save all of your responses so that you can return to your work at any time. You do not have to complete Inner-Hero all at once. In fact, sleeping between sessions can help you consolidate the information you learn!

Do I have to type out my responses?

Accepted Answer

No. You can use any method to respond to the journaling prompts. We recommend responding with the method that you are most comfortable with. You can also paste links to dropbox or google drive files as a substitute to typing out your responses.

Can I access my journal on mobile?

Yes! However, we recommend using a comfortable method to respond to the journaling prompt (e.g. typing, writing, etc.)
